Combat Cross Mostly Finished Prop

Okay My combat Cross is mostly finished
I reworked the wrap the Orange came undone when I glued it together and the Blue Cloth I then tried was not coming out well.
So I used Leather Shoe Lace about 2 Packages with a lace left over to create the grip.
For the Tip I added the Hooks then took a Wire Hanger then cut out the wire to form the Grapple point.
The Orange string which is the same as what was on it originally for the grip is used on the Tip so it fits snug in the PVC and doesnt come out when I tip it over.
I have to swing Hard in order to now get it to come out.
You can get a feel for the size from my arm in the photo and the Tip from my Hand.
I plan to add Magicsculpt or something like it to finish it off. 
The Plan is to fill in the Hook and form out the Crossguard and Pike then sand it down and use a tool to inscribe it.
